Riverside announces new customer research partner

Riverside can today announce a new long-term research partnership with social and market research agency, IFF Research.

From July, IFF will become Riverside’s partner, asking customers for independent, confidential feedback across a range of services that Riverside provides.

IFF Research are a well-established agency who help organisations make better-informed decisions.

They are a member of the Market Research Society, so they are bound under a strict code of conduct.

That means they won’t ever ask for financial information or try to sell anything.

What does this mean for customers?

From July onwards you may be contacted by text, email or telephone to provide feedback on a recent interaction with Riverside such as a completed repair, gas safety inspection or complaint or just generally to provide feedback on the range of services that Riverside provides.

Your answers will be confidential and will be used by IFF Research and Riverside only, but we may share feedback with our contractors if it is about their service.
