National housing association Riverside has appointed Cris McGuinness as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer.
Cris McGuinness joined Riverside last month and brings with her a wealth of experience working both in and out of the social housing sector. Cris originally started her career with KPMG in Liverpool and has spent the last decade as an interim Director with clients such as Transport for Greater Manchester, The Guinness Partnership and Serco. Cris has worked across a wide range of organisations covering finance, operational and transformation roles.
She joins Riverside from The Guinness Partnership where she was working as Interim Finance Director.
Carol Matthews, Riverside Group Chief Executive, said: “I am delighted that Cris has joined Riverside. Her knowledge of the social housing sector will be instrumental in helping us to grow and prosper in the future.”

Meanwhile, Riverside bids farewell to Interim Chief Financial Officer Rosemary Farrar who is leaving after 13 months with the Group.
