We do this through our suite of housing apprenticeships and non-apprenticeship professional qualifications accredited by Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and Insititute of Residential Property Management (IRPM).

One Academy is privileged to be the exclusive provider of the G15 Accelerate programme. An industry leading high calibre Leadership and Management Programme that addresses the under-represntatio of minority ethnic groups in senior leader and execturive roles within the housing sector. This programme is offered at level 5 and 7 and includes CMI leadership and management qualifications.

We offer on-demand bespoke training packages designed with employers to meet their training requirements and aligned to strategic priorities.  We do this through consultation and organisational needs analysis to build a detailed understanding of the organisation’s training requirements and design a programme that addresses the specific professional development needs of their employees.
