In June 2014 Pauline retired from her role as Deputy Chief Executive and Corporate Director at Hull City Council. Previously, she worked in Nottingham and Liverpool both for the NHS and Local Government. She has led multi million pound regeneration projects and programmes such as New Deal for Communities, Housing Market Renewal, and Building Schools for the Future, Hull Extra Care Housing PFI scheme and Economic Development. Her role as Director of Regeneration in Hull included leadership of the Council’s 26,000 housing stock, repairs and maintenance service and heading up the successful bid for City of Culture 2017.

Pauline has a Master’s degree in Public Health and has worked across education, housing, health and regeneration during her 33-year career.

Pauline is an Honorary Member of the Faculty of Public Health. She spent a number of years as a school governor and was a Non–Executive Director of Wirral Primary Care Trust. She is currently a member of The Guinness Group Strategy and Performance Committee, a Board Member of Riverside Care and Support, and Derbyshire Health United. Pauline was recently appointed as Chair of the Riverside South and Central Division with effect from November 2015.

Pauline acts as Vice Chair of the Riverside Group Board, is Chair of the Governance & Remuneration Committee and also sits on the Scotland Committee.

Susan Jee
Susan Jee BSc (Hons) FCA

Susan has been a chartered accountant for 20 years, and has 17 years of experience in a number of finance director posts, latterly as Group Finance Director of British Nuclear Fuels Plc until its closure and her retirement in September 2009. Susan is a non-executive director of Magnox Ltd, a £600m turnover nuclear site operating company, where she chairs their Audit and Governance Committee. She is also an active member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, sitting on their Manchester District Committee. Susan also acts as an adviser to the Shareholder Executive in the Department of Business.

Max Steinberg
Max Steinberg CBE FRSA

Max became the Chief Executive of Liverpool Vision in July 2010 and led Liverpool’s presence at the Shanghai World Expo that year. He is Chair of the European Institute for Urban Affairs at Liverpool John Moores University. Max has held a number of senior posts delivering economic regeneration, including the Housing Corporation’s Director of Investment and Regeneration in the North and the Chief Executive of Regenerate Pennine Lancashire Ltd, one of the largest economic development companies in the UK.
