Our customers say…

Former Riverside customer Richard provides his own insight into his experience as a customer in one of our supported services and how it feels to successfully ‘move on’.

Our colleagues say...

“As a Support Worker – no two days in my job are the same. Helping and supporting customers takes time and energy but is just incredibly rewarding. I work with challenging people and sometimes come across challenging situations - I see these as opportunities and potential milestones. My job satisfaction comes from finding solutions and not problems. Every day offers opportunities to focus on what our customers achieve, and provide positive affirmation using a strengths-based approach. I love making a difference – and patience is essential – it’s not all about quick results, but every small step on each customer’s journey is gold dust”. David Support Worker, Gloucester
