Drainage and Existing Services Surveys in Palacefields, Runcorn

As you may be aware, Riverside will be delivering a regeneration programme across Hallwood Park and Palace Fields over the next 10 years.

To ensure the regeneration plans are developed effectively, a team of surveyors will be on site in Palacefields during the next five weeks to undertake drainage evaluation.  The information we gather will allow us to gain a site wide understanding of drainage issues before we recommence engagement with you later this year to discuss out plans and ideas.

While the surveyors will ensure disruption is kept to a minimum, we may need access to some gardens which have drainage access points. They will knock on the door before they do so to ensure you are comfortable with this and will always maintain a social distance in line with COVID-19 safety guidelines. They will not require access to any internal areas of properties, however while assessing the drains may ask for your assistance by flushing your toilet or turning you tap on for a short while.

As part of the existing services survey, the surveyors will need to temporarily mark the ground with spray paint. This paint is temporary and will wash away after a couple of weeks.
