Riverside has provided new sports equipment to a Hull football team. Cavalier Football Club, based on Orchard Park, was established in 2013 and plays in the premier league of the East Riding amateur league.

Manager Mike Fielding said: “We are really grateful to Riverside for providing us with some of the equipment that we need. “It’s really costly to run a team, but they are all a good bunch of local lads who are all passionate about playing football.” Riverside’s Lee Bailey said: “We are happy to be able to help out a local football team with water bottles, new footballs and a first aid kit.”
