Recruitment fair for new development

Hull residents looking for work are invited to attend a recruitment fair on Monday (February 6) to find out about the jobs on offer at one of the city’s newest housing developments.

 In partnership with Hull City Council, Riverside and Wates Living Space Homes are building three extra care facilities for people with care needs, including working age people with disabilities, mental health needs and dementia; as well as older people.

Riverside is now looking to recruit staff for customer service assistant roles and an events and wellbeing co-ordinator at Cecil Gardens, Hawthorn Avenue. 

There are several other companies onsite providing employment opportunities including front of house, care, catering and cleaning.

The recruitment fair will take place on Monday, 6 February 2017 at St John the Baptist Church, St Georges Road, from 2pm – 6pm.

Attendees will be able to find out more about the extra care service and jobs that are available as well as picking up tips on how to apply.
