What do you most enjoy about your job and why?

Not knowing what to expect – days often don’t go as planned. Helping people through my work and having an impact in my own little way.

What is your biggest work-related achievement so far?

An area that I have been passionate about since the new legislation is the recovery of Riverside properties. The Fraud Act 2013 made sub-letting illegal and a criminal offence.

What would be your one desert island item and why?

A mirror to shine light to attract attention. Could be for help or company!

What is your favourite book or film and why?

The Godfather. For me, it’s a tale that still rings true about the danger in society for young people faced with a media that celebrates wealth and offers poor role models. Also
today’s struggle between being a parent and teaching children right from wrong.

Who would play you in a film about your life and why?

My daughter. Friends call her a ‘mini me’. She is so good at impersonating that when she’s at it, I often wonder!
