What is Ladybeck House?
City centre living, by John Lewis off Eastgate, Ladybeck House is made up of 19 one-bedroom apartments and Ladybeck Close provides 22 one bedroom houses and flats.
Our Intensive Housing Management Service is for people with low support needs, facing such issues as over or under occupancy, or waiting for Local Authority housing or cannot afford the private sector. Our short term tenancies are for people struggling to find suitable accommodation in Leeds, offering a Housing Management Service and concentrating on sustainable tenancies for singles or couples. Staff can assist with budgeting, benefits and all aspects of tenancy related issues. Our aim is to assist people to find their forever homes.
