This chance is exclusive to our customers in L25 and L27. We want to help you cope with government changes to the way you get benefits. 24,000 people in Liverpool are already on Universal Credit. It means you get all of your benefits in one monthly payment. Just getting Housing Benefit into your account gives you a chance to get used to the change first.

How do I get my money?
Liverpool City Council pays it into your bank account every four weeks. We’ll visit you to explain the details, answer any questions you might have and sign you up.
