What do you most enjoy about your job and why?
When assisting a person who hasn’t been online before, it’s amazing to see how their lives are affected in a positive way. If they’re requesting online help to find work and they get an interview or even a new job, it’s rewarding to see them grow as a result of your help.

What is your biggest work-related achievement so far?
Being given the chance to work in the community with our tenants has been an honour and a huge achievement for
me personally. I had volunteered in the community before, sharing stories with elderly Liverpool residents. Full-time community engagement has become so fulfilling. 

What would be your one desert island item and why?
A radio – I couldn’t live without music.

What is your favourite book or film and why?
Goodfellas, Stand by Me and Pulp Fiction are probably my top three films. I like anything with a good soundtrack.

Who would play you in a film about your life and why?
Without hesitation, Jack Nicholson. The man’s a legend – bags of personality, doesn’t seem to have a care in the world,
can go a bit crazy…and all with a grin on his face.
