Engaging meaningfully with customers

Local drop-ins
Earlier this year, we began holding local drop-ins for our customers to ensure a regular presence within our communities and estates. The six-week trial was well-attended and we have since expanded this to other regions.

Tenant Scrutiny Group
Our Customer and Community Engagement Officer Gavin Wiffen has been working to create a new Scrutiny Group, made up of tenants. The aim of this is to improve the services we offer by working with tenants, who will carry out a thorough review of one particular service area at a time. Based on this, they then make recommendations on areas where they feel there could be improvements to the service we offer.

The first meeting took place in June, where we have managed to get TIS (Tenant Information Service) on board to provide training and support to the group as they carry out their first project. This was also a drop-in session to allow other tenants to come along and get some info about getting involved.
