A Community Champion is someone who works with their neighbours to improve their environment and help tackle issues. They are encouraged to decide the best way to do this with the help of Riverside.

Who can become a Community Champion?

Any Riverside customer.

How much time will I have to put in?

It depends on the needs of your area and how involved you want to be. 

Will I get training and support?

Yes, everyone who signs up to be a Community Champion will get training and support.

What are the benefits of becoming a Community Champion?

You can learn new skills or build on your existing ones, make a difference to where you live, meet new people and get satisfaction that you have contributed to your community.

Why become a Community Champion?

You will have an opportunity to improve your environment, meet with other Community Champions, and access training and support from your Community Engagement Officer.
