Riverside has made some changes to opening times at our offices to enable us to release more staff to increase the number of home visits to tenants.

Wirral office

The new times are:

Monday, 9am-4pm

Tuesday, 1pm-4pm

Wednesday, 9am-4pm

Thursday, closed

Friday, 9am-4pm

From the 4th July 2016: Our Wirral office will be closed all day on Tuesdays as well as Thursdays.

 

Halton office

The new times are:

Monday, 9am–4pm

Tuesday, closed

Wednesday, 9am–4pm

Thursday, 9am–12.30pm

Friday, 9am–4pm

 

Lee Valley

Riverside is closing its office in Naylorsfield Drive from April 2016, making way for new homes on the site.

Housing officers will spend most of their time out and about in tenants’ homes, accessing and updating systems using mobile technology.

If you have any questions or would like to arrange a home visit, call us on Tel: 0345 111 0000. Your Riverside wardens will be based in Joseph Williams Mews from April 2016, if you want to report issues like graffiti, litter and fly-tipping.
