Your tenancy agreement includes details of the small repairs and maintenance jobs that you are responsible for. This includes things like:

• decorating inside
• changing bulbs
• replacing locks or lost keys
• keeping drains clean and unblocked.

By looking after these smaller jobs, you help us to invest time and resources in the bigger jobs like kitchen replacements and our property MOT service, which helps to prevent repairs before they’re needed.
