As well as improving services for you, we want to help more people who can’t afford a home of their own, or who need support to deal with life’s challenges.
So we’ve set ourselves some ambitious goals for the next three years.
We are connecting…
We’re going to continue developing our digital services so more customers can complete transactions with us online, with a focus on our repairs service.
We’ll also help more people with money advice and employment support, and do more to tackle homelessness.
We are renewing…
We will invest more than £100m in planned maintenance to improve the quality of the homes we provide.
We’re also aiming to regenerate a number of estates in London and we’re planning major investment in at least two more areas outside the capital.
We are building…
We’re planning to double the number of new homes we provide to 1,500 a year by 2019-20, including for rent, sale and shared ownership.
We want to develop new housing for older people on low incomes who want to downsize, and for graduates.
