We know that the cost-of-living crisis is a major challenge for everyone. So, during August 2022, we will be inviting around 18,500 customers across Riverside and One Housing, to take part in a survey.
It aims to help us better understand the kind of cost-of-living challenges you are facing, how they are changing, what impact you think these challenges will have on your life and the tough choices you will face as a result of them. It’s an important piece of work and will help inform key decisions on the support we’ll provide.
The survey, which will be carried out by our trusted research partners BMG, will be carried out by text and email in the main, although there will also be some telephone surveys.
The survey is entirely voluntary and if you don’t wish to take part – that’s no problem. However, it will make a real difference to informing key decisions we take and the information you provide will only ever be used for the purpose specified. Some customers may be invited to take part in follow up interviews and, again, this is entirely voluntary and there is no commitment to do so.
