In recent years, we’ve seen a range of scams aimed specifically at Riverside customers.
These include people claiming to be Riverside team members to try to gain access to information and properties and companies sending letters and other communications using Riverside logos, claiming to be from or linked to Riverside.
If you ever suspect a message, in whatever form, is not from Riverside, please act with caution, do not give any personal details and call us on our main customer numbers to verify the information or request is legitimate.
