Welcome to the Midlands Division
The Midlands Division of Riverside Housing operates from its base in Leicester City and includes developments in Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands - providing homes in twelve local authority areas.
The Midlands Division has its origins as an independent association, Leicester Family Housing Association (LFHA), and following its merger with Riverside Housing in 1998 has continued to grow and develop, providing a high level of service to new and existing customers.
