Welcome to The Riverside Group’s Tenants On-line site. The seven housing associations within The Riverside Group all share an Embedded Tenant Involvement Culture (ETIC).

What this means is that involving tenants and residents in all our services is seen by us as a core part of our business.

At the heart of ETIC are two simple messages:
