Paul Dolan
Group Chief Executive Officer

Paul took up his post as Group Chief Executive in May 2024, bringing with him a successful track record in delivering transformational business and culture change at various organisations, both not for profit and commercial businesses. He is experienced in organisational turnarounds, taking businesses from positions of serious regulatory failure to full compliance.

John Glenton
Chief Care and Support Officer

John Glenton was appointed Chief Care and Support Officer in April 2016. He is responsible for our homelessness services, supported housing, retirement living schemes as well as our care and extra care services. John took on overall responsibility for the OHG Care & Support services in 2023 and has successfully led the integration to create one combined business.

Ian Gregg
Chief Property Officer

Ian Gregg joined the Riverside Group in May 2014 and is responsible for all of the Group’s homes and buildings, ensuring that they are all safe and well maintained as well as the Group’s wholly owned subsidiary contractor, Evolve. He is the nominated Health and Safety Lead and is responsible for Procurement, Development, and Business Continuity across the group.

Cris McGuinness
Chief Financial Officer

Cris joined Riverside as Chief Financial Officer in March 2018, bringing with her more than 20 years’ experience in senior finance roles at various organisations. She has responsibility for all Group financial and treasury matters. Cris is passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion matters and has worked with various staff groups over her time at Riverside.

Tony Blows
Chief Information
Officer

Tony joined Riverside in 2022 as CIO for the newly merged Group, having previously been CIO at One Housing. Having led numerous multi-year programmes of integration and transformation, Tony is responsible for overseeing our Digital & Technology and Information Services teams, our integration and transformation portfolio, with a focus on data improvements and technology modernisation.

Sara Shanab
Chief Strategy and Corporate Services Officer

Sara Shanab joined Riverside as Director of Governance and General Counsel in 2019. Following the merger with One Housing, she took responsibility for integrated functions and in 2024, became Chief Strategy and Corporate Services Officer, with additional responsibility for Riverside’s People Services, Marketing & Communications, Strategy & Planning, and Internal Audit teams.
