Tony Blows joined The Riverside Group in early 2022 as CIO for the newly merged Group, having been CIO at One Housing Group previously.

With circa 20 years of experience of enabling business strategy through effective technology solutions, he has led numerous multi-year programmes of integration and transformation. These change programmes were always underpinned by data improvements and technology modernisation, and usually included expanding multiple digital channels to help improve customer services and deliver additional business efficiencies.

Prior to joining One Housing he worked at Sovereign Network Group, where he held the role of Group Director for IT and acquired much experience regarding complex integration programmes within large HA’s. Earlier on as IT Director at Spectrum Housing Group, he led on the early adoption of CRM, Data Integration, Process Automation and Business Intelligence.

He has a passion for developing and leading high performing teams that can then make a significant contribution to their organisation. Tony is responsible for the integration and transformation portfolio at Riverside.
