A message to customers – from Angela Lockwood OBE, chair of Riverside Customer Experience Committee

The Riverside Customer Experience Committee exists to scrutinise and sense-check all-things customer-related.

Made up of experienced figures from across the world of customer service, social housing and beyond – as well as Riverside customers – we exist to make services to you better.

So, we have a responsibility to you; the Riverside customers.

With that in mind, one new thing we wanted to do was introduce greater transparency, and after each meeting – share an update with you on what we discussed and how it affects and benefits you.

So, please take a look at our first update below!
