The Community Chest Programme funds local groups and individuals to deliver activities for the benefit of our customers/residents on the Isle of Dogs.
Who can apply?
Local voluntary and community groups, Riverside residents’ organisations, individuals and faith-based groups and organisations can apply.
What we fund
We award grants of up to £10,000 for positive projects that address a need in the Isle of Dogs community. We are particularly keen to receive applications that support our key priorities on the Isle of Dogs. These are:
- making connections with schools and adult learning
- offering training and education opportunities
- encouraging local enterprise and employment schemes
- creating financial awareness
- community sports, arts, social activities and events
- environmental projects
- healthy living.

Deadline and assessment
You can apply at any time of the year. We assess applications twice a year, at the end of March and end of November.
