Support in your own home

We provide specialist floating support services, visiting support and tenancy sustainment services, to people with a range of different needs across the country. We help people link into local services, build positive support and social networks and enable them to contribute to their communities through employment, training or volunteering.

Our flexible support is tailored to the needs of each individual. We work with people in their own homes and out in the community, at times and in ways that suit them.

Floating Services

Across all our services, we support customers to address their needs and develop the skills and confidence to maintain their tenancies now and into the future.

We offer support for people with needs such as mental health, learning disabilities, domestic abuse and substance misuse to enable them to live independently.

We also provide floating support services for young people, young parents and ex-offenders. Our network of workers offers flexible, personalised support for a variety of different needs to enable people to identify and find the housing choice to meet their needs.
