North West changes from July 31
The Government has announced changes to COVID-19 related safety measures in some areas of the North West that come into force from July 31.
We have studied the implications of these changes carefully and how they affect Riverside, and have decided that currently, we will not make any major changes to the way we are operating.
All staff will continue to follow the safe ways of working we have already put in place regarding social distancing, hand washing and the use of PPE.
If you have a visit scheduled, for example for a repair, and have any concerns about it, please call us on 0345 111 0000.
We’ll continue to monitor the latest Government announcements and update this page as the situation evolves.
Leicester – Information for customers
As restrictions begin to ease in Leicester, we are beginning to resume some of our repairs services.
Here’s the latest information:
- You can now report new electrical, external, roofing, plumbing and joinery repairs to us, by calling 0345 111 0000 or by using My Riverside.
- We’re contacting customers with previously reported plastering, glazing and flooring repairs to book these back in.
- We’re also resuming some of our planned investment programmes over the next few weeks, starting with incomplete window and door replacements that were put on hold when lockdown was introduced. We’ll be in touch with you directly if you were due for this work.
If we need to visit your home, watch this video for a summary of how we’ll keep you and our operatives safe during the visit.
As always, if you or someone in your home is self-isolating, let us know when we speak to you.
We’re updating this page regularly as things change, so please keep checking back.
