Helping to reach the Mayor of Liverpool’s target to deliver 2,078 new homes in Liverpool City by 2015, Riverside have been working with GB Building Solutions to offer 75 affordable units in the Knotty Ash area.
Unfortunately the project was temporarily stalled in March of this year because the contractor went into administration however we have now chosen Prospect, a subsidiary of Riverside to complete the remaining work on-site.
Prospect has a proven track record of creating high quality new homes. Each property is constructed to the exacting standards that clients demand, one that meets the hopes and aspirations of every purchaser. It is the expertise and commercial understanding of Prospect that enable the homes to be built meeting the modern requirements for living accommodation.

There is a combination of houses, bungalows and apartments on offer with the scheme itself allowing for future proofing; the ability to convert the existing homes of 2 bedroom 4 person into a 3 bedroom, 5 person if required in the future via additional space in the loft.
