Birchbrook is a brand-new development comprising 40 energy-efficient new homes alongside a 90-apartment extra care scheme. With a choice of homes available to rent or buy, Birchbrook has something for everyone.

The Birchbrook development is only due to complete in 2027. To register an interest, please choose either:

• Affordable Rent – to rent a 2-bedroom bungalow or a 1-bedroom maisonette you will need to register your interest with Property Pool Plus, where homes will only be advertised about eight weeks before they are ready. You may need to check the portal on a regular basis once you’ve registered.
• Shared Ownership – to buy a 2- or 3-bedroom shared ownership property, please complete the form below.
• Extra Care – to rent a 1- or 2-bedroom extra care apartment, if you are aged over 55 and have a care need, please complete the form below.
