Your brand new Health and Wellbeing service is coming – and we hope you’ll get involved.
Aimed at Retirement Living and older customers, a range of themed, monthly activities will encourage you to:
— be ‘age-healthy’
— be resilient
— remain independent
— maintain a feeling of physical and mental wellness.
We’ve lined up a host of sessions to stay healthy, eat well, live safer and feel included. Here are our big three themes for the summer.

August – Let’s leave loneliness alone

New sensors offer peace of mind
Passive Infra-red Sensors (PIRs) help ensure our Retirement Living customers are safe and well.
They allow us to check that all is well – or alert us if you should ever need help. The sensors are non-intrusive and cannot be used as cameras.
PIR sensors are already installed in many of our Retirement Living schemes, so we know their value and that they work. If you don’t already have them, we’ll be in touch over the coming weeks to arrange installation.
Update on improvements
We’d like to say a big thank you to all our customers who have travelled with us on our journey to modernise our Retirement Living service, make it more flexible and improve your experience.
Recruitment and a full induction for all staff is almost complete. Now, as part of ongoing evaluation of the newlook service, we need your feedback on the customer experience. If you’re interested in getting involved, please get in touch.
