Mears customer Scrutiny Board members needed

Riverside Direct, our repairs team in central and southern England, work with Mears, a market leader delivering repairs and maintenance services to our tenants and residents.

Mears are currently looking for tenants and residents to be part of a new independently chaired Scrutiny Board made up of customer representatives from around the UK to scrutinise, support and hold Mears to account as they seek to raise service standards for all customers.

Are you someone?

  • Living in a property where Mears provide repairs services.
  • Interested in improving the service you and all customers experience.
  • Will ask relevant and productive questions.
  • Who can look at evidence and explore issues and experiences of your own or others.
  • Be part of the board to make recommendations aimed at improving customer service.

All customer representatives will be offered remuneration up to the value of £1000 a year plus expenses, including for care costs or loss of earnings. Induction, training and development support will also be available.
