Evolve in the Midlands

Evolve is coming to Riverside communities in the Midlands area.

From May 4, 2016 we transfer delivery of our responsive and voids maintenance service from Novus Property Solutions to Evolve Facilities (the Riverside in-house contractors). We also have plans to add gas servicing at a later date in the year.

Evolve currently provide the service in the Merseyside and Newcastle regions, and feedback from our customers in those areas has been very positive. Our last satisfaction survey for repairs and maintenance service in those regions exceeding that of the South East and Midlands region by between seven and fourteen per cent.

Working with Evolve will mean an improved service to our customers through:

  • Established IT systems, which are compatible with Riverside’s systems will provide real time access to the diaries of operatives – helping to improve appointment managements and first time fix performance. It also means that we will have real time information on job completion updates from the contractors, and enable us to arrange any follow-on works more efficiently
  • Tried and tested material supply chain to support the service means that parts are more readily acquired when needed, avoiding the delays that “awaiting parts” brings.
  • A contract that is delivered with a true partnering ethos. As Evolve is part of Riverside, it means they are more flexible and adaptable to our customers’ needs. So any changes to service delivery requirements can be easily implemented, which is not always the case with external contractors. Although Evolve is part of Riverside, they will be put to the same level of scrutiny that external contractors go through, which will further help to shape the service to meet our customers’ expectations. This will include regular meetings and performance review, quality check and customer satisfaction surveys.
