Our Carlisle customer Andrea founded Alfie’s Project in response to local need. 

The project supports children, young people and adults and their parents/ carers experiencing ADHD and autism.

This year, Alfie’s project was awarded £914 from Riverside Foundation to buy specific sensory equipment to introduce into their provision.  

The equipment had been a success in their recent Holiday Activity Fund project.  

Now, as an established group they deliver regular sessions, fundraising and community events and traveling workshops.  

Andrea hopes to secure a permanent premises for Alfie’s project as part of their 5 year plan.
