What do you enjoy most about your job?

My job is an exciting, varied role, allowing me to work with different departments in the organisation and get out in the community to speak to customers about what they want to see happen in their neighbourhood.

What is your biggest work related achievement?
I was part of a project team working in partnership with seven other Registered Social Landlords in Cumbria, to deliver the choice-based lettings scheme, Cumbria Choice. It was a great experience, where I met some fantastic colleagues from different parts of the county.

What would be your one desert island item and why?
Ray Mears – he would make sure that I live!

What is your favourite book or film and why?
I enjoy lots of different films. Chick flicks such as Bridesmaids always give me a giggle, but I also like action films such as Die Hard and the Bourne films.

Who would play you in a film of your life and why?
I really want to say Kiefer Sutherland from 24 – not because my life is as intense as Jack Bauer’s, but I’m always on the go.
