Tenants have been joining Riverside staff and partner agencies for estate walkabouts in Murdishaw and Palace Fields.

The general view was that the estates are looking good and landscaped areas have improved greatly over the last few years. 

Grounds maintenance contractor, Assist, took note of areas for improvement such as scraping moss from pathways 
and removing self-seeders from shrub beds. 

We also reported a number of uneven pathway issues to Halton Borough Council during the walkabouts.
