On Friday November 20th , Riverside Mersey North staff joined Local Solutions other RSLs, and health, public and voluntary sector colleagues to pack 1,000 bags to be distributed to vulnerable tenants and residents over the winter.

The bags include dry and tinned festive food and essentials, gloves, scarves, blankets and many other items as well as information on how to keep warm and what do in an emergency. Riverside contributed financially towards the cost of the bags and staff volunteered to help pack them all on the day.

This is the fourth year that Riverside have been involved in this great partnership initiative.
