Our Tenant Scrutiny panel has recently reviewed our gardening and cleaning services. Over 12 weeks, panel members met with staff ranging from senior managers to caretakers, as well as contractors, and visited estates in Leicester, London and Stoke-on-Trent. In August, the group met to discuss its findings and to come up with recommendations to help
