Funding for Liverpool East Youth Consortium

Riverside is working with Liverpool City Council to deliver funding to the Liverpool East Youth Consortium.

Riverside is the accountable body for the consortium, which covers Knotty Ash, West Derby and Yew Tree Wards. The consortium is made up of four youth providers – Priority Youth, M & H Academy, Deysbrook Village Centre and SMARTY’S.

We will be working closely with them, local young people and ward councillors to deliver a full and exciting programme of youth activity.

Riverside Community Engagement Officer Sophie Heneghan said: “This is a new way of working for Riverside and we are looking forward to the project and the potential it has to make a real difference to the area.”
