Evolve Facility Serivces, part of Riverside, extended service to deliver the responsive repairs and maintenance service for homes in the Midlands area in April this year.  From 1 September the team, based in Leicester, will also deliver the gas servicing and maintenance contract for those homes.

By having one contractor delivering repairs and carrying out your annual gas safety inspection we hope this will help ensure consistent services are delivered to all our customers across the country and result in improvements to the quality of service delivery to our customers.

Our linked IT systems give us the availability to arrange appointments direct with the team. It also means we get updates from the contractors and are able to arrange any follow-on works more efficiently.

Although Evolve are part of Riverside, they are put to the same level of scrutiny as external contractors, which will also help to shape the service to better meet our customers’ expectations.  This includes regular meetings and performance review, quality checks and customer satisfaction surveys,
