Riverside’s Property MOT’s are changing the way our repairs are managed. Instead of waiting for customers to report repairs we will be visiting all our properties every 4 years to find out what repairs needs to be done. This will reduce the amount of repairs needed for each home.

We will be holding our first Property MOT Roadshow on:

Tuesday 5^th July, 10.00am – 1.00pm and 4.00pm – 6.00pm at Demesne Community Centre, Asby Close, Langley M24 4JF
