Evolve is coming to Riverside communities in the Midlands area. From May 4, 2016 we transfer delivery of our responsive and voids maintenance service from Novus Property Solutions to Evolve Facilities (the Riverside in-house contractors). We also have plans to add gas servicing at a later date in the year. Evolve currently provide the service in
