This is the first time Riverside have been shortlisted for this award and will be competing against four other developments. The awards are run by Knowsley Council, and winners will be announced at a ceremony on 23 November in the grounds of Knowsley Safari Park.

Mark Patchitt, Director of Development & Growth from Riverside said: “We are delighted to have been shortlisted for Development of the Year.

“As part of our commitment to building new homes, we worked in partnership with Knowsley Council and other stakeholders to identify what housing was needed in the area.
