Riverside is helping Bromborough Pool’s Maritime Cricket Club to refurbish its pavilion.

We have funded the project following the discovery that the building has started to suffer from major structural problems. 

Maritime, a highly successful club, made Bromborough Pool its home more than five years ago and has
invested time, money and effort to ensure its pitch and pavilion are up to standard. 

In doing so, the club has brought back the rich heritage of cricket for which the village was renowned. 

Work on the building started in February and will be completed before the end of April, in time for the new cricket season.
