Introducing our management team for repairs and other property services in London

Earlier this year, we appointed a new management team to oversee repairs services in London – and we wanted to take a second to introduce them to you and set out their plans to improve your services.

Phil Pemberton, our Director of Property Services, is our lead for repairs and other property services in London.

An experienced and customer-focused Director, Phil has already overseen a complete turnaround in our gas servicing performance, achieving 100% compliance and is now broadening his work to focus on the entire service.

He will lead a team comprising of three experienced key subject leads, Cheryl Baker, who is responsible for repairs, John D’Souza, who is responsible for gas and electrical issues and John Tatham who is playing a key role in trying to transform services in the longer term.

All three are high calibre appointments with a wealth of experience in the sector.

Phil said: “I’m proud to be leading a team which is committed to transforming repairs services in London and the south of England more widely.

“We are all together in being fully focused in getting things right for you – our customers – and no stone will be left unturned when it comes to driving improvement.

“We won’t solve every problem immediately, but we are doing everything in our power to make sure we’re making the right decisions to create a better service now and in the future.”
