The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has today announced that, following a stability check, Riverside has retained its G1 and V2 regulatory grading.
The G1 rating is the highest governance rating and means that Riverside is fully compliant with its governance requirements.
The RSH has kept our grading for viability at V2 – a compliant grade – in recognition that we have the financial capacity and strategy in place to deal with a reasonable range of adverse scenarios and meet our financial commitments. The V2 grading is also reflective of the significant investment we are making in our homes including fire remediation and the strong focus we are placing on maintaining the quality of our homes.
Commenting on the judgement, Riverside’s Chief Executive Paul Dolan said,
“We’re very pleased that the Regulator of Social Housing has recognised that we are well-run organisation which continues to put its customers first. We’re making significant investment in our homes to ensure all our customers have a safe, warm and decent home and today’s assessment reflects these priorities. It’s testament to all the hard work and progress we continue to make across the organisation.”
