Gate issues – St Andrew’s Court 2

This is an urgent update for customers at St Andrew’s Court 2 regarding the electronic front gates.

Customers will be aware that earlier this week, the gate to the car park was back in operation after a significant period of downtime.

However, a leaseholder has raised safety concerns about how the gate is functioning and, therefore, we now need to take the gate out of operation again, leaving it in an open position.

We appreciate this will be disappointing news.

Parts are on order to fix the problem and we anticipate those will be installed on June 26.
