Jules has been a shared ownership customer for 6 years. She is a Member of the Housing Ombudsman Customer Panel.

Becoming an active volunteer in Riverside’s customer groups has enabled Jules to get involved with issues close to her heart. She is a member of the Disabled steering group, Liverpool City Region hub, Riverside task and finish group, a Tenants and Residents Influence Partnership (TRIP) member and is on Home Ownership Customer Panel, Complaints Panel, and the Scrutiny Panel. She is also helping with the Netherley Bellevale and Lee Park neighbourhood plan.

Jules’ career as a Neighbourhood Manager for Liverpool City Council and latterly Rossendale Borough Council has given her a breadth of experience to be able to assist Riverside Housing with the aspirational aim to become the best at customer communication and be transparent, open and honest when dealing with the customer.

Jules had to retire due to ill health some years ago and although she is disabled she keeps busy with her volunteer work, bell ringing and being a hands on Grandma to her four grandchildren.
