Improving our services to you

As part of a national review and transformation programme we are reviewing our repairs and maintenance service in Cumbria.

You can continue to report repairs requests as usual,  there will be no disruption to our service to you while we undertake our review.

The proposed changes to our service mean that it will be delivered by fewer operatives, but who will be multi-skilled and able to carry out more repairs in a single visit, improving our customer service.

We are proud of our significant investment in Cumbria, improving properties in the area, as part of our national investment programme.

Since 2002, when Carlisle City Council transferred their housing stock to Riverside, we have invested £130m into improving kitchens, bathrooms, roofs and other home improvement work to over 6000 homes.

Our repairs and maintenance service will continue to provide an excellent service, as we set about  delivering greater value for money as part of our commitment to continuous service improvement.
