A project led by Riverside to insulate homes has begun. More than 240 terraced houses are earmarked for external insulation, which should reduce heating bills by up to 40%, saving the average household up to £463 a year. The project forms part of our £2 million investment towards insulating homes in Merseyside, and follows the
