Being able to access your home on our- first visit not only gives you peace of mind that your home is safe but allows us to fix any safety issues in your home quicker and more efficiently. We know you can’t put a price on the safety of your family, but with our new Safety First campaign we are sweetening the deal on allowing us access to your property on our first visit for your gas and electrical safety check.
Why do we carry out safety checks?
- Gas leaks and faulty electricals can pose real risks, from power outages to carbon monoxide leaks and fire.
- That’s why, by law, we need to carry out essential safety checks in the homes we rent.
- And it’s also why you need to give our engineers access to make sure your home is safe, and your family protected.
Why is giving access so important?
- Not only will it give you that all important peace of mind, it will also allow us to identify and fix any safety issues sooner.
- And, if you give us access on our first visit, you’ll automatically be entered into our prize draw.

And if you have more than one safety check in a month, as long as you let us in on our first visit, you’ll be entered after each completed check.
How do I enter the draw?
- Look out for your appointment letter in the post.
- Book your appointment (the letter will explain how)
- Be at home for your scheduled safety check
- Let us in on our first visit
- You’re in the draw!
To be entered into our prize draw, simply allow first time access to your home for a gas or electrical safety check. For each gas or electrical check completed, you will be automatically entered into our prize draw to win a £25 shopping voucher to be used at Love2Shop.
